Was thinking the same thing. Beautiful stadium but that surface is not friendly.

It's a physical game football , injuries happen often and anywhere .
I would rather Clemson play in Atlanta .

not chunks of turf. Lots of pellets flying up. Rubber pellets. Those are there to try and soften the falls/tackles/etc. They also in theory allow more give like dirt would as opposed to concrete.

Regardless Clemson is playing in Phoenix in 3 weeks.
