This is an incredibly fallacious and absolutely over-the-top ridiculous exercise.

Yawn... feels like Hood can just keep the same article

we could do next year what we should've done this year

I'm good with going 15-0

I don't care who we play.

Our chances are as good as any team in college FB to be the 1st college team to go 15-0.

I believe our chances are better than almost anybody else, and certainly as good as even the most perceived elite teams in the country. We are going to be a factor in the NC conversation for a long time, IMO.

Michigan has the same odds we do?

There must be something I'm missing, I would put UM at 30-1 just to get out of their division.

So they're basing this on kids who haven't even arrived on

Has to be more than that involved. OSU wouldn't go from 12-1 to 6-1 based on

Why not??? It's a guess, just like any other prediction.

Not really. If Vegas was just guessing they wouldnt make millions of dollars.***

It's a guesstimate that projects how well incoming freshman will affect a team's championship aspirations.

Funny Clemson is the only team that has a true QB

defense gets you to the championship but offense wins it...We should be in the drivers seat and not riding shotgun.

There maybe an idiot somewhere that would put money on those odds, but I would put my money against them!!!

Vegas is just capitalizing on the public. Both of those schools have massive amounts of t-shirt fans who have more money than sense.

Many fans seem to forget that...

Vegas is about making money, not about making it fair.

As a Clemson fans, would you place a bet on another team? Most wouldn't.

Let's say that fans of some teams are less of a gambler than the others. What would you do if you're Vegas? The rule of thumb is, if the bet is attractive enough (to make the better feel it's worth the risk), people will likely bet more. So, they give a better odd.
