You can tell he wasn't letting that QB get into the endzone. The RB came up to block him but Boulware hit him so hard he lifted the runningback off his feet and then got a hand on the QB to stop him. Im not saying Boulware is the all time best LB at Clemson but I don't recall ever seeing a LB who just throws his body at whoever is in his way with no fear like he does. I really feel like the way Boulware play's motivates other players on our team. Love that guy.

I said the same thing last night - "I got me a man crush on Ben Boulware". A smaller version of Luke Kiechly. The man is a guided missile.

would have been great back in the 80's when teams ran it 60% of the time. They're pretty good now except when asked to cover man to man. Love the toughness both of them bring

I always thought Leake played with a kind of "reckless abandon" in a way Boulware portrays.

he brings it every play. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite players. He is bringing the "nasty" back to Clemson (so are several others, ie our whole DL + Kearse).

Give credit to Watkins too, fought the center and right guard all the way down the line and got his arms around Kizer.

Watkins, Dodd and Boulware stopped that play. It was literally 3 against 6 and we stopped them. But if Boulware didn't hit that RB like he did i don't think we stop them
