my bad - I was thinking it was just a misdemeanor for under 10K. Yeah - whatever it is for 10K + . :)

Personally - the ROCK is more valuable to CLEMSON NATION than what the courts ruled.

He's not going to prison. Assuming he has a clean record. Absolute worst case, he gets 30 days and they let him serve them on weekends at the county jail.
