He would be clean no doubt in my mind. This shouldn’t be hard to appeal just depends on how fast the NCAA is willing to move.

We were talking about this last night. I do not think a clean sample this week would undo the consequence for the failed test last week.

correct- appeal is unlikely to be successful

Unless they have identified the source. Then if source has been identified- who messed up, did the athlete ask about it, what procedures/protocols are in place to prevent etc. Google ncaa drug appeal, the rules are pretty straight forward about lot of things that can/can’t be discussed/used in appeal. If they’ve identied the source then probably 50% -75% chance they win. If they haven’t identified then probably a 1% chance of winning.
