I’ll give pitching a pass for now, since the pitchers are so young. This team’s hitting or lack thereof, has been an ongoing issue, and will continue to hurt its chances against good ranked teams.

Kind of going to have to accept it folks. Monte has implemented what he thinks is a successful offensive approach in today's game of baseball. I dont like it or agree with it. But safe to say in Year 4, it's his program and he has to own it.

I'll just say in my opinion, we'll struggle to ever be anymore than a NCAA Regional team until it changes. And no this isnt a knee jerk reaction to the weekend

SC was the first team we have played that is decent and they were unranked. We will know more after playing NC next weekend but will have to have a much better effort.
