I am not issued my season tickets will I get a refund of the tickets I paid for but were not issued to me?

This is a ticket question not an IPTAY fees question. I understand the IPTAY fees side of it.

Yes, or you can donate it to IPTAY and get Bonus Pts, or apply it to next year's tickets (which helps with cash flow).
