This team never punts, and goes for it on 4th and forever. They go for TWO after every TD. They only onside kick each time (but I don't want that at this level).

I actually do prefer that we go for 2 after every TD. We should practice that in almost every game. But we should only go 4th and short against most teams. Regardless of field position. IMO that's a better bet than trying to return KO's when a fair catch gets us to the 25 and prevents injuries and mistakes.
