What do y'all think of georgia fans my mom went there as did my grandparents, moving from charleston sc to savannah ga changed my opinion big time on them most of them just talk bad about other teams even when the week before they would lose to a team like vandy I know I'm going to get alot of crap for having ties to Uga but my blood runs orange last years game caused alot of problems in my house last year haha but what do y'all think of Uga it's tough being the only Clemson fan at school

the University of Georgia has some of the most vile and repugnant fans in all of college athletics. Even NC State and Maryland run a distant second to UGa fans.

Based on what I have experienced, UGa fans do not discriminate. They hate everyone equally.

The UGA grads I know are pretty great. The UGA fans I have been around are pretty bad. When I was stationed in Georgia I had a Clemson mailbox that got vandalized, I'm sure by UGA fans.

Ill know more when I visit Athens Labor Day wknd about the fans.
Thought fsu fans were worse this year.

I have a lot of UGA fans in the family as well as CU fans. No animosity within the family. But I used to live in Athens in the 90s and met some professionals who were fans - including an attorney or two - who were absolutely obsessed with all things Dawg. The weren't rude or r-necky, just sometimes couldn't help themselves in making comments at the weirdest times. Like a contract signing. ???
I've heard of obnoxious fans in the stands. Probably drunks. But I've worn orange in Athens bars too many times to count and never had one problem. Town bar hoppers and people in the stands may be two different breeds....
