if so these two things would seem to be beyond the realm of coincidence. wonder if he found who messed with his car and that led to the stabbing

Not sure if it was related, he and his boy got guns put to their heads and he had to beg to save his dog in the back seat. It was a 7 series BMW, i would think he would have wanted it back. Haven't been able to find out any real details on why he was stabbed.

I vaguely remember this guy.....

Fairly highly rated OL prospect out of Tallahassee, FL when he signed with Clemson in 05 (I believe). He was on the team one season as a red shirt and then left the team with the intent of transferring to another school. I do not recall if he ever actually transferred or played for another school.

Terribly unfortunate and tragic incident.

If he did, I certainly don't remember where.***

if he did. had some impressive offers out of hs. not sure why he left CU

badge-donor-05yr.jpgringofhonor-74tiger.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

If I remember correctly.....

Jan 17, 2012, 4:23 PM

he had some attitude problems that landed him in Bowden's dog house in addition to having a medical condition that made it difficult for him to gain/maintain his weight.

I was pretty excited about the guy when he signed here. This is a sad world we live in.

I think he had a thyroid problem and lost a lot of weight when he got here. He came in looking like a DT and left looking like a the punter

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Exactly right, he never could gain weight

Jan 17, 2012, 5:05 PM

sad story.

Sad, so young, too; but kudos to the guy who shot the killer

Jan 17, 2012, 4:42 PM

Hate reading articles like this. BUT, on a positive note, kudos to that homeowner for taking advantage of his 2nd amendment rights to defend himself for saving us the money of putting that murderer on trial and in jail.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Uh, the murderer was arrested with a non-lethal wound.

Jan 17, 2012, 4:47 PM

He's in the hospital doing fine. Tax payers will pay plenty on account of him.

wow... I met this guy a few times, was fbook friend with him

Jan 17, 2012, 5:45 PM

based on some of his facebook updates, it doesn't surprise me that he was around dangerous people, but it's an odd thing to think about.

Prayers are with his family. Terrible***
