Good home cooking for me. I'm up to 220 from 205, and I'm definitely without a doubt faster, I'm faster to the table, but really slower to get me to things like I use to do.

4 more pound of muscle before fall camp is really hard to do. Junk weight is easy to put on, muscle weight is really hard and takes more time.

When you finish buying the proteins, you will want to claim it on your taxes. Muscle isn't cheap or easy!!!

When I saw him in that picture next to a trimmed down Todd Gurley, I knew he was at least 215. Having said that, 16 pounds of muscle in an offseason on his frame...wow. Kid is an absolute freak and with his running ability and that extra muscle...WATCH OUT.

Don't you think that he will wear his brace during our games this year. I would sure hate to lose him at any time this season. And an injury is very possible in the Auburn game bc of how dirty they play. Just a knee sprain could side line DW4 a couple of games. DW4 or anyone that knows and talks to DW4, tell him to wear his brace in every game, and especially the Aubarn game. Never leave home without it bc, every team will be trying to rough DW4 up to get an advantage through injuring him. Every player we play against will want to be the one claiming to be the kryptonite that stops our Super Super Superman Wid da Big Orange Paw!!! And we don't want any kryptonite any where around our DW4 Superman without his super brace!!!
