I watched it 3 times. Definitely targeting. They are not going to keep a player out of the playoff against Clemson.

Absolutely. Targeting - and one of the most flagrant I've ever seen. Thought games could not end on a penalty, but I guess it has to be "called."

Yep, no way they were gonna keep #7 out of any 1st round game.
