I think Basketball needs a Football type Mgt ...

I've said this before, but Coach B is an EXCELLENT defense guy, B knows D ... but offense is suspect. THEREFORE, why doesn't Coach designate or hire an offense coordinator ? Let the guy run the O, he runs D and is the overall spiritual leader of the team, the CEO, yada ?

The Florida State guy does that. Notice in FSU huddles its one of his minions drawing up the plays ? He is definitely the Head Guy, but perhaps he know there are guys who know O better then him. A good leader knows what he does not know and surrounds himself with people who know what he doesn't know and leverages the distinct knowledge into a synergistic collective that is awesome.
