The players should be in trouble for breaking the rules yea.
I have drug test at work so I can't smoke either
But it should not be illegal if a grown person wants to smoke it.
Being drunk is way more dangerous and alcohol is more addictive.

Regardless if it is legal or not, I'm positive that Dabo would not tolerate it and have the same rules in place for his team regarding recreational use and testing positive.

Even if they legalize it, there still would be stipulations on it. Like, you have to he 21 to purchase and smoke it, or its against team rules! Some people just don't get it.
