I saw on the ABC spot they did on The Hill that it was at half staff and, having been one of the Pershing Rifles that was charged with the flag raising and color guard, knew that something was wrong. Weird how it could have gotten stuck, but glad they got it fixed!

I wonder how many schools would have just left it as it was. One of the things I have always loved about Clemson is the spirit of service and love for our country.

Go Tigers!

during the game they said something about "Thanks to the Clemson Fire Dept. for fixing the flag."

Dale Gilbert announced before kickoff that the flag was at half mast because of a mechanical problem.
You could see the firemen working on it during the first half.
