Job Requirements
Required Skills for the Java/C++ Software Engineer include:
3+ years of professional experience using Java and/or C++
Experience with or strong knowledge of web and web app technologies
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Excellent technical writing and English communication skills
Self-management and multitasking skills
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field of study with at least 3 years experience in professional software development

Preferred Qualifications:
Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, and Unix/Linux software development knowledge and experience
Unix systems maintenance knowledge and experience
