A little late on getting that boat out. I've called out twice already this year to head off shore

Two cars covered in pollen this am north of Charlotte. The peach crop will definitely be at severe risk. Regret to see these conditions this early in the new year.

The Spaniards successfully grew citrus fruits in the coastal plains for years and early British did also. As time passed and as the climate became colder citrus crops could no longer survive. My great grandfather died in March 1901, three weeks before he died he was walking his fields and found a stalk of cotton from last year in full bloom. Your Azaleas are blooming in Charleston in February. What does this prove? It proves that weather is cyclical and there is nothing that man can do to change the flux of earth's temperature.

Send us a pic, there is nothing more beautiful than blooming Azaleas.

An azalea bush in my neighbors yard on James Island was in bloom 2 weeks ago , mid January .
Not miraculous but not common either .

I bet the Augusta National maintenance crew is working feverishly to keep the azaleas from blooming there.
