I just got home from the game. Just 1 question

Was our hit in the 8th fair or foul? I was looking straight down the line and it looked clearly fair from where I was.

I could've swore Saturday they let Ron Cherry set up behind the plate. Shocked he didn't get Baum for "giving him the bizzness" during he ninth

If you watched the ball bounced right over the bag, and the umpire who was about where the outfield grass starts was ON THE LINE, he had to jump out of the way of the ball to keep from getting hit, he just jumped to the left and called it foul. He missed an earlier call as well.

I hate this stuff. We lose then its our fault, refs, umps, bad passes, loose ball control, etc. Not because they are better or better coached. Sounds like coots ten years ago. Stop it, stop it. If you are better you win. There's something wrong and its not a bad ump on the first base line.

Ty,my friend,it was a bad ump at first base. I just got home,and that was clearly a fair ball that puts us up bt 4 runs with a runner in scoring position. I was sitting just to the left of home plate looking straight down the line. The ball hit the chalk well beyond first base. When it crossed the base it was clearly fair. No replay is going to show a foul ball.

Ok Mr soapbox- did I ever say that was the reason we lost? Did I ever say they weren't the better team? Did I say they weren't better coached? Not sure if you have been to a live sporting event, but there is no instant replay! I wanted to know for my own peace of mind if that ball was fair or foul. With that said, that call was a huge part if the game... Hence why I want to know if the call was correct!
For the record- I think Usuk has a better baseball team right now. I think ours is pretty good too, but we aren't sharp right now.
