Jan 3, 2018, 10:32 AM

and we kept it out of the media?

I watched the game, but everything is kind of a blur. I remember at one point he had not gotten in the game.

I would love to hear that addressed directly by our coaching staff.

Pretty sure he never saw the field

Would be interesting to know what really happened.

I was really looking forward to the big fella running through some ball carriers.

The last play he made all year was a highlight reel hit on

FSU QB and he was really coming on as a dominant force. I understand why he was out up until the bowl, but really thought he was supposed to be back. At least that's what the staff said.

playoffs because of the type teams we would be playing. Smaller guys for the Oklahoma's of the world and Tre Lamar for Alabama and/or Georgia.

Agree 100%.. Why is Lamar not starting and playing every snap vs Alabama? Davis/Skalski/Smith are all good players but to me Lamar is a difference maker.. Look at FSU Sack/Fumble, he terroized Stidham in the Auburn game etc.. His size, speed and proven ability to make game changing plays is something we needed on Monday Night. Would love to hear the real answer from the coaching staff!

I think its pretty bad...And remember when we were supposedly not taking any more LBs in recruiting and now we are pushing hard for Dax Hollifield..Just a thought trying to connect the dots...but what do I know

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I feel like we need add another anyway. It's a need.

Jan 3, 2018, 1:29 PM

ANyway, I hope Tre is healthy next year and we add another. We need it. We seem thin with talent we can count on at LB.

I hate shoulder injuries! I remember too well that some guys were just not the same after they injured their shoulder ....remember James Davis? Not to mention QB's who obviously might be affected more. We all know about Willy Korn, but also remember Cullen Harper (I think) who was not nearly effective after his shoulder injury. If I remember correctly it was shoulder injuries that basically ended the career of Brian Bosworth ....could be wrong about that!

I am glad Tre didn't force the issue and try to play.

I really hope he can be healthy by some point next season.
