Fortunately for us Dabo is a much better HC than TB. Dabo will find the right people to fill any voids on his staff. He made some mistakes early an learned from them. He's been great with his coaching hires ever since.

It's a mixed bag. I hate to see the stability of the staff shaken. On the other hand, if we don't have coaches that are sought after by others, then it's likely we aren't being successful with the ones we have.

The Players They Coach Will Be Better Men

That's the one think that gets overlooked in the potential at losing coaches to the next level. Dabo hires quality people to not only teach the players how to compete at the highest level, but to grow up and be the type of men this national needs.

Expanding that footprint around the nation is a good thing.
