From everything I've seen about this Tate Martell guy he seems like a program cancer. I'm surprised they would let a guy like that come in and ruin the culture. Diaz should make this first season a statement season for whatever culture he wants to instill, and it looks like he isn't putting his foot down. They should have thrown the sink at Hurts, who really seems like a good guy but even better player. Miami fans better prepare for more 7-8-9 win seasons.

Diaz seems like a guy who will try to embrace the "rogue Miami" culture instead of trying to develop a culture of discipline.

I don't know a ton about him, but that is the feeling that I get. We will see.

I do agree if you are going for a culture of team play and discipline, I would probably not start with Martell.
