a great majority of these folks bellowing for Coach Leggett's removal, didn't also decry Clemson's hiring of that inexperienced, former real-estate salesman Dabo Swinney as head coach of "their" Tiger football team???? Then, naturally, as soon as Clemson football fortunes changed, they became Coach Swinney's biggest fans.......
Threats of fan boycotts and excited profane utterances faded as the Tigers continue to win 10 games a season....why, even the last reason for the "Dabo haters" to make a lot of noise--his record against usuck--seems to have abated considerably. Everybody's on the "Dabo bandwagon" now. Why, even some of Swinney's biggest Tnet critics eventually changed their handles to avoid constant reminder of their two-facedness. If next years baseball Tigers were to win 40 games and make a super, I strongly suspect these same folks would be talking up the freshmen and sophomores and hoping next year's draft doesn't take anyone important.
Its the all-too modern internet phenomenon of having neither conscience nor consistency. In the old days--pre Al Gore--we just referred to them as little weasels.
I neither strongly support Coach Leggett nor am I in favor of his being fired. But for sure, I'll be at as many games possible next season cheering my alma mater's team regardless of who's coaching.

Very impressed with the job the Maryland coach did this year. Incredible turn around in just one year! Understand he hates to leave the ACC and head into the cold B1G so he would probably be a great catch for y'all. A lot of similarities with our guy O'Conner.
I was worried after they won the first game.
