And, on cue, I finish a cup, and have to #### 45 minutes later. EVERY. ####. TIME.
Why does coffee make you #### ?

u got me beat by roughly 40 minutes
I stopped drinking coffee @ work (would drink it all day, as it was free and decent). You could set a clock by my 10:30 dumpouts.
I still drink a higher-than-average amount of coffee BEFORE work, but now I'm EITHER a pre-work pewper (hopefully, before my shower) or post-work....but that sched changed immediately once I stopped drinking coffee at work

the prison/institutional coffee they have at work goes right through ya. however, the nicer stuff i use at home has no such side effects.

much. Limited myself to one before I got to work and then water to drink all day and splash on my face after lunch.
Now, sleeping great again, so two cups before I get to work, one when I get to work and half a cup after lunch. Don’t mind shltting. Why fight it? Better than not shltting.
