I don't understand how Mike Gundy keeps his job.

Absolute horrible play calling. He's never had a good defense.

So you think someone could do better with OSU??
They are what they are. A top 25 program is the best they can do. The fan base knows it.

BOY, have we ever gotten spoiled.
I am old enough to remember when we would have been happy to be a top 25 program year in and year out.
Enjoy these great times my brothers.

Clemson or showed a highlight from our game. There were definitely years where we were lucky to break into the top 25.
These are great times indeed!

almost exactly the same thing about us near the end. We should have been happy with Top 25. Thank Goodness those in power at the time did not listen to them.

Surprised he’s done as well as he has actually. They should’ve been in the national title in 2011 don’t forget before we were forced the Alabama/LSU rematch

Because not everyone can win National Championships. He’s won 2/3 of his games, is 9-4 in bowls, and has only had 1 losing season. OSU probably knows their place in the world and would rather be good and not risk becoming bad in the pursuit of something that is not likely attainable. They could go out and hit lightning in a bottle, but Gundy has ties to the university and if they hit on a great new coach would they be able to keep him?

passed away (no disrespect intended to T Boone or the Pickens family). They had a famously bad relationship.
I think he is a players’ coach with better than average results, and has knocked on the door of greatness a couple of times. Oklahoma won’t own the conference forever, and I think Okie State is a solid candidate to step into the breach.
