It seems we get more walks than hits but then I go look at stat sheets and see we do actually hit but sometimes I feel we have a walk first mentality. Especially with guys like Greene and Whart. Anybody else seen this too?

Monte from day 1 has said be aggressive in the zone. We swing at fewer bad pitches than we ever have.

The approach is sound. It's not passive but selective. Hit a hitters pitch not a pitchers pitch.
