The episode is setting up now that John is the rightful king and dragon queen doesn’t like this idea so they are foreshadowing conflict. With 2 episodes left obviously they will take Kings Landing and then only one will be on the throne, or they get married (yea, she is his aunt but a hot aunt) and both John and her rule together.

but hold onto to hope that there will be a happy ending.
I wonder if scene from season 1 or 2 were Dany walks thru the snow covered throne room is foreshadowing Jon Snow sitting on the iron throne.

Or, they don't take Kings Landing and Cersei wins. Not that I think the show runners would do that but Martin might.

I love the show and this was the first episode I thought sucked. I felt like I could have written it.

The whole series started to crack a little when they ran out of GRRM's source material. Now, it's just about reaching a finish line as quickly as possible.
To me, the Bronn/Jaime/Tyrion scene was the perfect example of this. Maybe there's a point to his season 8 storyline, but IMO, they've basically ruined one of the show's best minor characters, and flatlined his story arc.

but its b/c they've ran out of time. A fort night happens between scenes now. But I still like the intense feeling I had when the show ended, the cliffhanger, and how I felt like hope was lost once again for the good guys. #### I'm even starting to hate a few of the good guys. The directors are really good and changing your viewpoint of the characters.

Yeah that Bronn part sucked. They shouldn't give Bronn anything. Why should they? That scene was just off anyway.

I am not salty at all. I am not that consumed with the show to get salty. I just thought it was weak writing and plot. Just an observation.

or because as she said earlier, "she's not a lady (royalty)" so she's going to just travel around assassinating bad people. Which, I would watch a spin-off of just Arya going around assassinating people where she dresses up as their loved ones. Like a messed up version of Quantum Leaps, but with way more pies made from loved ones.
