I just don't like seeing people criticize the players. I don't disagree that there are times when the playcalling seems strange, but if those plays were successful people would say that the call was genius. Criticism of playcalling is directly related to execution or lack thereof.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the board as much as you can during a tough game. So many of these guys act like we are supposed to score every drive and the defense is supposed to force three and outs every time they take the field. They act like they’ve never seen the momentum shift in a game before. They’re ready to throw in the towel in the first quarter if things aren’t going perfectly.

Anyone that began watching Clemson back in the terrible Tommy West days followed by the inconsistent Bowden days where we were only good in odd numbered year would still be thrilled that we are near the top of the sport. People seem to forget just how difficult it is to win every game regardless of the strength of schedule. Undefeated teams are few and far between.
