Legalize ALL drugs, sell them at State stores much as some States sell liquor. Tax it but no Narcan shots for the stupid, there has to be a trade off and we can get ahead of that human based climate change. Win Win for all.

Trump was just full of it and knew many of his supporters will believe anything. He didn't think about the long haul and that it was a ludicrous comment and that it would come back to bite him. He just says whatever he wants and doesn't think much about having to pull it off later. He liked the attention and how excited his supporters got.
