Notre Dame football team catches COVID-19 on 12/13 and can't play in ACCCG on 12/19. Do Clemson and ND get a free pass to CFP on 1/01?

My guess is if it took another 2 weeks to play the game

then they would do that. Give ND the head to head advantage and play it again in South Bend if need be.

With playoffs on 1/01, how could they delay ACCCG two weeks? May not happen with ND or Clemson, but we could see in B1G or elsewhere ...
