After the usual pre presser notifications Swinney says this is Clemson's biggest challenge. They have dudes everywhere. QB is special. Have two TEs that are two high round guys. They play fast. Clemson has its hands full.

Swinney says QB D'Eriq King is a very physical player who can make huge plays in the passing game. Good scheme. Big challenge for the Tigers. Very experienced up front. They have a recipe for success.

Defensively they have a lot of talent up front. They are a complete team. Big challenge but super excited about another night game in Death Valley.

On Miami's defensive front, Swinney says they are disruptive. They are "off the ball in your grits quick" and create havoc. They blitz more than you can block.

On Rhett Lashlee (the OC), Swinney says he wants to play really fast, very committed to the run. They are good running the football. They take their shots down the field and create some gadgetry.

On Bryan Bresee - Swinney says they are getting more than they could have expected. He has a bright future. Very gifted and will get better and better.

Swinney addressed all three on his call-in show Monday but didn't give details. Said Xavier Thomas and Justin Foster are just out right now and they'll be ready when they're ready. Ngata played 16 snaps on Saturday but he's still working his way back into shape from the abdominal injury suffered before The Citadel game.

Swinney says the Tigers could be leading the nation in every statistical category after three games if they wanted to, but that is not his objective. His objective is to not win the stat battles but prepare players and get ready for the end of the season
