Oregon lost to Auburn, UGa lost to Scar.

Ditto - simple maffs

CU > UNC > Uof5C > UGA

Oregon lost last second to still ranked Auburn
Georgia lost in OT to unranked and no chance to be ranked Uof5C

UGA has wins over two teams who were Top 10 when the Dawgs beat them. Oregon's best win is over Washington.

It doesn’t matter when they were ranked when they played lol. This is the first playoff poll.

I'm just telling you why UGA is ranked higher than Oregon. I don't think for one second anyone on this site will agree with it.

Loss to USuCk is unforgivable & unforgettable! The struggle against Kentucky for over 3 quarters was pathetic too. The panel is a joke.

You are in idiot-we really don't care why you think ugay is ranked over Oregon. Your loss sucks. Pleaase stop trying to explain away the fact that ugay plays in a joke division.

Translation: Eeked by a not so good Notre Dame team that Michigan crushed and beat an overrated Florida team and lost to a terrible SCAR team.

I somewhat agree with it, except the fact we have a win over then ranked 12 A&M team that has since fell off the face of the earth and we essentially get no credit for.

They beat Va Tech by the same margin Clemson beat UNC.

i would take an ugly win over Carolina than an ugly loss to Carolina any day of the week. Which end did UGa end up on and which end did Our Tigers end up on?

Despite the fact your question has nothing to do with your buddy's post about Va Tech, I'll answer it. I'd rather UGA beat Carolina. Which end was UGA on? The losing end. As for Clemson, they haven't played SC yet so they're not really on an "end."

Hey Dawg, recruiting championships arent handed out till February

I will hand it to you guys, you can always fall back on your team winning big when you have absolutely nothing to offer in the way of a response.

Here’s a response...how is it that a team with over 60 4&5-stars (most in college football BY FAR) loses AT HOME to a team who won’t make a bowl this year? Second, do you honestly believe Florida is a top-10 ten and if so is that based on their 4-point win over a mediocre Miami or their 8-point win over even-more-mediocre Kentucky?

2 out of the last 3 Natty's. How's that for a response? You wouldn't know because your ##### es haven't sniffed one in the modern era.

I think that one is easy. They beat Florida. That's the difference.

ummmmm......duhhh

Oregon isnt in the other side of the SEC.
they HAVE to stack the deck.

Oregon struggling against a middle of the road Washington doesn't help.

Almost collapsing against an way overmatched WSU (at Autzen no less!) is still fresh in the voters minds, despite their win against So. Cal.

And I know ESPN hype desparately wants to make Herbert the next Tom Brady....but he's not.

Re: How is UGa ahead of Oregon?

Because Uncle Lou says Oregon could not possibly beat UGA??? He actually said something like that. What a freaking homer. He should get out more.

And what makes UGA so cocky managing to beat a Florida team by 7? Florida has only managed to beat another over-rated SEC team (Auburn 12), which does not merit enough body of work to make the CFP.
