We played horrible that day and started pressing when the game was close. Also I believe it has to do with matchups. Maybe Southern just matched up well and the coaches came in with a better plan. You never know till you play the games. Sometimes bad teams can be on and good teams can be off.

We were up 27-10 with like 10 minutes left. Our backup defense gave up 2 quick tds that made that game seem closer than it was. We were never gonna lose that game against Troy, and it was never in doubt.
