Committe should but won't

Here's how the committee should vote:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Washington
4. Ohio State

Why?
1. You have to award winning conference championship. If not they will be worthless and players get hurt for extra game
2. Ohio State is a 1 loss non champion but top 4 team. You could argue Top 2 if they had gone and won the conference.

By not seeding this way, you award someone for playing 1 less game. That team should play number 1.

Penn state has 2 losses vs the others so as good as they have been they still shouldn't be in even though they won conference.

Winning all or all but 1 is hard.

1 loss team vs 2 loss team. Old system had lsu bama rematch one year. Kinda going back to winning should be rewarded but since didn't win conference they drop to 4.

last year they dropped TCU from #3 to #6 after winning 55-3

in the final rankings because they weren't a conference champion. OSU should be punished and Penn St should be rewarded with #4. But I doubt they will.
