How long does he have on his contract ??

They have not protected DW4 like they should and now they trade Nuk, what the heck. Maybe they won't DW4 to have worse stats since it's time for him to finally get the contract he deserves!

While I agree with your sentiment, it's a movie quote.

There is an entire scene built around that phrase in the movie Tropic Thunder.

Again, not an acceptable word to continue to use, but he didn't choose that phrase out of nowhere.

I get it...I’m not triggered or anything. My wife teaches special needs kids so it hits close to home.

It being a movie quote has zero bearing

on whether or not that word should ever be used.

So, we could just not use the word period. Ya know?

Not trying to defend the move, but the trade wasn't because they thought they were getting better with David Johnson over Nuk. According to Adam Schefter, Nuk wants a new deal and Houston didn't want to pay for a new deal with so many other needs on the team. Again, I'm not defending the move overall, but I just wanted to be clear that they didn't make the trade because they thought David Johnson was better than Nuk.

I dont like it for DW4 and other Tigers on the team, but these things happen in NFL. The thing everyone is laughing at is that they took not only their best WR but one of the top in the league and all they got for it essentially is a second round pick and a player that is dramatically less talented with a contract that is pretty much equal to Nuks. They each give up a 4th round pick so thats a wash too.

They traded a porche for a beater with an upgraded stereo and maybe leather seats.

How do you walk away from this deal without at least a 1st round pick or multiple players and lower picks. ####, at least take their best olineman a real position of need for the 2,4 picks.

Even if they wanted to move on from Nuk they should've been able to

get far, far more for him. They basically traded him for a 2nd round pick. The Giants got way more for a similar commodity when they traded OBJ to the Browns.

David Johnson is a complete throwaway on a bad contract and the 4th round pick swap may actually favor AZ. It was an awful trade.

It sux for Deshaun, his best WR now is Will Fuller who is

injured for at least half the season every year. I wish they had traded Deshaun somewhere else too. To the Panthers would've been nice.
