in the ACC, or even win 4 ACC games total this year? If we can make some free throws, I can see us finishing 11-9, or even 12-8 in conference.

"If we can make some free throws...." Yes, and if we could master faster-than-light technology, we could colonize our near stellar neighbors. I just can't understand why this is a perpetual issue with Clemson. I know we aren't getting many 5-stars here, but for crying out loud, do kids not practice free throws a lot growing up? I would think if I were a basketball player, I would want to take the free money to add to my stats.

No kids don't. They practice 3pt and handling, and higher % shots.
Clemson is ranked 267 (of 350) in free throw % which is a few spots higher than Duke (ranked 271) and a whole lot higher than Kansas (299 - but better that free punches).

One thing about these guys, they don't give up. Hunter having a great game saved us last night. They need to keep grinding.

Clemson can't shoot free throws consistently. It has been this way no matter what year, no matter what coach, no matter what group of players.. Always been perplexing.
