In 2011, Mr Obama allotted 1.4 billion to help Haiti out with “their” cholera outbreak and clean up Japan’s Fukushima conundrum! On top of that they spent valuable time coming up with a Zombie preparedness plan! Wow! That’s getting ahead of the curve! Just think, 1.4 billion could have bought a heyll of a lot of TP, paper towels, respirators, rubber gloves, Germ-ex and could have even funded a nice Viral quarantine research program. Who knows it could have even helped invent a vaccine for the COVID situation! If would have known the CDC was going to #### away the money like that I wouldn’t have given it to them then.
Thanks Obama, thanks CDC!
