They'll go to a construction site and borrow two more cement blocks and a 1x12 for future expansion.

So what is the solution

You can only play in the ACCCG if you promise to bring 25,000 fans?
Duke is going to get Winstoned. But even if they weren't, its a small school with a small season ticket base they won't bring many.
FSU fans know this is a cakewalk so they will save their money for Pasadena. Smart if you ask me.

The solution is to have the game played at home field of one of the contestants.

Seems reasonable- unless the stadium is in use for high school football championships. Both DV and WB have been used for high school championship games.

Yep ... time for realignment. The divisions were formed with the idea that FSU and Miami would dominate the Atlantic and Coastal every year and when they didn't Va Tech and perhaps Clemson would fill in.
As it has turned out, FSU and Clemson knock each other off in the Atlantic, while a half dozen also-ran's compete for the right to represent the Coastal.

The powers that be in the ACC couldn't run a one stop paper route! They're that dumb. They have the 2 powerhouses in the ACC in the same Division! You've gotta be brain dead to do that and then wonder why the place will be half empty. What a joke the management at the ACC is!

You choose to go to your rivals website and boast on conference

Why do Tigernet posters keep saying this? Here are the most recent figures I found... each from the team's respective websites. Both schools had very good academic semesters, but USC's gpa was higher. In fact, CU's 2.99 tied their all time record, while USC's 3.198 was the thirteenth consecutive semester above 3.0.
July 15, 2013 Clemson, SC - A record-tying eight Clemson athletic programs posted team GPAs of over 3.0 and the department's 434 student-athletes had a combined 2.99 GPA, also tied for the best on record, according to data released by the University's Office of Institutional Research.
June 17, 2013 University of South Carolina student-athletes continued to showcase their success in the classroom, as they ended the Spring 2013 semester with a 3.198 grade point average, surpassing the 3.0 plateau for the 13th consecutive semester, it was announced today.

So you can get a 3.5, 2.5, etc. Clemson only gives out full letter grades, no halves. I'm sure that inflates the SC grades to some degree.

Commendable results for both programs, CC; however aren't you comparing apples to oranges? Is it not true that at SoCar, an F in a course affects GPA only until that course is taken again, then is replaced by the higher grade such that the lower grade no longer affects the GPA? I think that would tend to skew the average GPA towards the high side.

Don't know about retaking the courses and changing the gpa. I know back in the 70's when I was there you could drop a course (you were not doing well in) late and it would not affect your gpa... but I think that is no longer the case.
My post was not about the relative merits of each school's grading systems (of which I have little or no knowledge of) but this specific statement by Argonaut 1992 (and statements/ assumptions of others who have mocked USC athletics simply by their own unsubstantiated claims)
"It will be as sparse as SCARs athletic academic honor roll !*** "
I know the athletic academic honor roll is 3.0 at Clemson, I saw it on their site while I was looking for these statistics.
From the USC site concerning first year student-athletes (July 15,2013): "For the sixth-consecutive year, South Carolina leads the Southeastern Conference by placing 97 student-athletes on the league's First-Year Academic Honor Roll, the conference office announced today.
The 97 student-athletes on this year's listing matches last year's total and stood 10 better than Alabama's 87 in second place. Kentucky's 73 student-athletes on the first-year listing stood third.
Each student-athlete must 1) have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above at the nominating institution"

If usuck is leading anybody in an academic rating---even something as limited as an athletic dept rollcall and even in the academically challenged conference that is the SEC---its significant only because its proof of the lack of challenge academically usuck offers....stop and think about maybe why usuck has many more "student-athletes"(chuckle) on an honor roll list than Vanderbilt does.
Kind of a dumb question, I know, with you being a chickenfan, the answer would have to be simplified and explained numerous times

And once again a CU poster switches the subject rather that address the evidence. Is Vanderbilt a much higher rated academic school than USC? Sure. Would it be much harder to carry a 3.0 at Vanderbilt than USC? Stands to reason.
But the original assertion that prompted my response was:
"It will be as sparse as SCARs athletic academic honor roll !***"
So, when evidence to the contrary is published, Tigernet posters would rather change to another insult rather than admit the original was an unfounded claim...
because, if you say something often enough- even if it's a lie- it has to be true, right? After all, why let the facts get in the way of a insult.

FSU fans aren't going to come up here for this. They are saving money for Pasedena.
best way to solve problem is the Pac12 route with highest ranked team getting home field. that's they only way you ever ensure that the place is full.
