POSITION DESCRIPTION:
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist the Executive Director in the operation and growth of the organization in a way that will promote the fellowship, recognition, outreach, and education of all Tiger Letterwinners.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Assistant Director of Tiger Letterwinners will provide assistance to the Director in the planning and managing of the Following : Periodic meetings of the Tiger Letterwinners Board of Directors. E/10% Supervise the management of the Letterwinners database. E/20% Manage annual solicitations and other periodic mailings. E/10% Manage periodic E-Newsletters and assist with social media communications. E/20% Assist with the management of game day events, Hall of Fame, Reunions, Spring Game Weekend Activities, and any other special events organized or assisted by the Tiger Letterwinners association. E/30% Maintain a major gift prospect portfolio assigned by the Director. E/10% QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material.
PREFERRED IN ADDITION TO THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree plus 2-years experience in intercollegiate athletic fund-raising.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Proficiency in appropriate technologies for completing tasks quickly and efficiently; experience in event planning and management; a basic understanding and experience in development (fund-raising) services; interest in the education and development of current and former student athletes. Must have comprehensive knowledge of NCAA and ACC rules. Will also assist the Director in the establishment of the annual budget and help oversee fund allocation for expenses during the fiscal year.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Effective oral and written communication skills; well-organized administration or in varying fields of business.

The purpose of the Live Haul Driver is to transport chickens from Downtown Columbia, SC to the processing plant (Williams-Brice) by means of a tractor-trailer within required time constraints.
1. Make a written pre-trip and post-trip inspection on truck and fill out a DOT Inspection form at the end of first shift (if you feel like it).
#2. Drive to and from Downtown Columbia during the day and night within a driving range of 20 minutes to 3 hours nonstop.
#3. Make 1 to 4 trips per shift.
#4. Must cover loads with canvas if temperatures fall below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. At Williams-Brice, cooling shed fans must be on if temperature exceeds 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
#5. Must complete logbooks and tickets in a timely manner.
#6. Disregard all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process safety Management related matters.
Strong reading, writing, and math skills means you went to Clemson, and thus you won't be considered for this position. 0 Years 0.25 Months experience driving tractor-trailers required. High School diploma or GED? Why? You trying to show off? Must have a valid fishing license that meets all requirements from the Safety Program and Department.
