You put the kids up there if they aren't getting gov help and deduct the interest on your taxes. After they graduate you sell the house for profit. Condos work the same way. There's always a buyer for a property near a school like Clemson.
I think Herbie would probably prefer his boys to live with the other players so Dabo could keep up with them but like it's been said, 'Herbie can afford anything Ms Herbie wants.'

Based on the money I suspect he makes, if he bought a house, I bet he pays for housing for his boys as well to let them live like normal college football players.
Based on the fact that Herbie only works 4-5 months a year, he probably needs several vacation homes.

Exactly, everyone knows we dropped 100s of thousands to get two average white guys to walk on to Clemson... It makes total sense! But of course them pulling 5* DL out of our back yard and a high rated QB from California raises zero questions due to their successful barely making a bowl game that they got blown out in season.
