Agreed. Fastest time I can remember is Deion Sanders clocking a 4.21...Willie Gault supposedly ran a 4.12 - but it wasn't laser timed.

To convert hand timed to electronic time in track and field, you round to the nearest tenth and add .24. Meaning a 4.1 hand timed is more like 4.34 ...Still really fast, but not olympic champion fast
