Had to fire 4 20somethings in 2015 for weed results

I didn't flinch at all, not even when a couple of them cried and begged me to not think of them as addicts. The 20's are nice enough people, but dang are all on adderall or xanex anyway and now so many of them are adding weed to the mix. It's no wonder 9 out of 10 of them are high maintenance employees that need their hands held for everything.
Thank you Dabo for taking a stand and holding these 3 players accountable. Glad to see Jay Jay and Lakip's careers are over and frankly wouldn't mind if Cain is done as well.

Man: Tough to do but applaud you for doing it! Society has become so Liberal with all the accompanying excuses for bad behavior it is nice to hear from someone who gets it!

The high maintenance is a direct result of workers no longer being able to drink on the job.
