I'm not a big fan of co- coord either but look at which one gets paid more and that's your actual OC. Dabo is helping someone on his staff get a chance like he was given. That's all and it's admirable. Dabo isn't gonna give the reigns to someone incapable . You guys can all relax. These guys have been talked to and they know who is in charge and they work together already.

It'll be fine .

To add to your sentiments, you can bet this has been a Plan B in place for some time. It maintains continuity, as the lack of it in coaching changes very often damages a program. For this to happen quickly, I'm betting that Jeff has been groomed for quite a while in anticipation of the eventual promotion of Chad to head coach.

There is one other aspect of this that I learned in business a long time ago. If you are performing your duties at a high level, and your employer does not recognize it via a promotion when applicable, some other employer will.

From everything I have seen from Jeff Scott so far, I want him to continue to be on my team's sideline.

IMHO, very well crafted. Now let's go win a bowl game.
