Grass Parking Lot Conditions

Has anyone seen any landscape work being done to the grass parking lots?

they had about 5 tractors out on Lot 13 this AM

turning up the soil, trying to dry it out.

Same for Lot 2.

Lot 1 looks untouched. Dreadful shape.

Yes... Today I saw them grading and turning up the soil on Lot 1. This typically helps to dry out the soil. They also plan to apply sand and hay to minimize the issue with loose soil. It looks like the past few days have helped in getting things a bit dryer. It still is damp and some shady areas still appear wet but areas in direct sunlight appear to be drying out some.

several tractors and trucks on Lot 2. looked like a huge trailer of sand waiting to be spread

Lot 1 looks like a freshly plowed field.. ready for planting.. damp dirt, not nearly as wet as it looked yesterday
