Jimmer made an NBA roster, but yeah he was a serious bust and he was barely there. He still made millions though. He was such an odd player. His D must suck.

Jimmer is probably the biggest richest white American basketball player outside the US. He scores like 35-45 every night. I think he is happy with his niche and said screw NBA? Can't believe he couldn't make a US team if he truly wanted too?

He wanted to make the NBA. He tried numerous times and tried again before this season. He couldnt make it. His goal has always been the NBA. ESPN did a segment on him last year. He was in China at the time.

He was solid with Nova.
On a different note. After watching, Luka Doncic last night, I think he is already the 2nd best white player ever already. I realize he isnt American, but he is such a freak. He is top 5 player in the league already imo. He is only 21 too.

tough to top. Nash, McHale, Stockton, Pete, West, Cousy, etc.
Luca looks like he has HOF potential but Bird is top5 or at least top 10 all time and a few of these other guys are top 25 or top 50 players. Luca has a long ways to go to get in there.

Bird is the best all time. Cousy would be like Bob Hurley today. He might not even make the league. Luca is better than anyone other than Bird already. He is a freak. Stockton is hard to compare too. They are so different.

is opening a whole new can of worms. Its much easier to compare them to their peers. However, Dirk just retired and Nash would still be great in the modern NBA.
With those other guys you have to assume they would be better players given the opportunity to train with modern nutrition, technology, training staffs, etc. Obviously some players that excelled 50-60 years ago would just be too small and too unathletic to do so in the modern NBA, but most of these guys would just be better versions of themselves due to the things I mentioned above.

Cousy would be lucky to start for Duke let alone make it to the NBA. There's a reason you rarely see white pg's in the NBA. Cousy on Westbrook? Westbrook would score 80.
