Would allowing Brice to play the last series against A&M affected the end result? I think it would have. I don’t believe that the Aggies would have got the ball back but who knows??? I do believe it was wrong to allow Brice to come in and take the final snap.

100% agree. I felt the same way. It was a slap in the face IMO. We're not trying to win a Heisman trophy, so Brice should have played the entire final drive. He put in the work, so he should have played. I cannot think of any other player more deserving to play when it does not compromise the final result.

The part where you said we are not trying to win the Heisman, I agree but would like to know what others think. I do think the philosophy of our coaches will make it tough for ETN or Trevor to win it but I can't disagree with their philosophy because all they do is win.

He has some experience in this manner. Brice is going to get a ton of snaps this year. A lot of back ups are going to get action. TL still has some rust to knock off and not having a solid TE or a slot like Hunter Renfrow requires him to get more live reps with the reciers. Believe it or not we do have more people than Higgins and Ross to throw to.

Thanks for the well thought out answers. We’ve all learned to not question the coaches since they have turned our team into the nations best. It’s very apparent that ALL the players have bought into the system .... and it’s working.

I just don't see anything to question. Were #1 in the nation, tied for the longest ever winning streak, the team is healthy, we just beat a quality SEC team.
Anything that I would come up with would be ticky-tacky...
