Apparently you can go ahead and put some money down now.

-3 to -3.5 UGA is about right. That running game will be stout!

The post game will be about Tiger's front 7 (2-deep).***

And about how our young, improved secondary fixed

Jun 7, 2013, 12:19 PM

last season's woes. If they get 200 yards in the air, I'll be surprised.

The definition of awesome!

Did you know Nebraska had the #1 pass defense in the nation

Jun 7, 2013, 12:23 PM

Until they played UGA and Murray threw for 400+ yards and 5 TDs.

Well, Nebraska sucks, so...

pass that bottle. And gimme a little umbrella.

I think that's a bit ambitious...I think our defense will be greatly improved but you're talking about a #### good Georgia offense.

I won't argue. I see them getting around 400 yards and

Jun 7, 2013, 1:19 PM

30 points. Tigers 550+ yards and 40ish points.

If they get 250 in the air and 150 on the ground, that's OK. I do think our secondary has a chip on their collective shoulder, however, and will set out to silence the critics. It all starts with a good pass rush and I think we're much, much improved in that area now. It also depends on getting off the field on 3rd down. If we can avoid the chunk plays on obvious passing downs, we'll be way ahead of last season.

Yea the Dawgs ground game is what really scares me. They've got two stellar running backs and it's going to take a heroic effort from the defense to slow that down.

And I agree on the secondary. I think it'll be improved over last season...we've really been susceptible to chunk yardage (especially on third down), so if we can cut down on the big plays, it could mean great things.

I know we're all die-hard Clemson fans here, but I think a lot of people aren't giving Georgia their due respect. Sure, they've got some pretty ###### fans...but that team was a play away from the national championship last year (they would have rolled ND as badly as Alabama did). They lost a lot on defense, but they've recruited insanely well over the past 4 years (according to Rivals #15, #5, #12, #12), so they're not going to rebuild, they're going to reload. The casinos are favoring them for a reason, and it's not because they're in the SEC.

Extremely glad we're the underdog

Jun 7, 2013, 12:57 PM

Gives us all the more reason to prove all the pundits wrong!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Clemson is better as an underdog.

Jun 7, 2013, 1:06 PM

I am worried about the preseason hype based on past history. I like the ideas of being an underdog at home, under the lights against a highly ranked geographic rival like UGA.
