Stupid. If he'snot guilty then why apologize. So he has admitted his guilt here clearly

I am not a lawyer - so lawyers chime in & correct me ... but when a person pleads "Not Guilty" - all it means is that he wants a chance to have a court hearing. You only have 3 plea options: "Guilty"; "Not Guilty" & "No contest".

If you plead "Guilty" - then there is no longer a hearing - but sentencing. The other 2 pleas allows the defendant to have a hearing. It gives him a chance to explain whatever it is he wants to explain - whether its lame or not doesn't matter - that's his right.

Anyway - the case against him seems pretty damning since there is video evidence of him being drunk & disorderly.
