There is no such thing as a 4th down line. If anything its the 1st down line/marker. A team doesn't need to get to that line to make a 4th down. WTPh. You're a maroon your argument is invalid.

There's the down marker, the first down marker, and the goal line. I've never heard of a 4th down line.
That being said, I think it was clearly evident what you meant.
