Wow if we can get him (6'5, 335lbs) to go with big Christian Wilkins (6'4 315lbs yet mobile as a DE) next year our DL will be scary good. Many pundits say Lawrence is good enough to be an impact, all American type freshman. But man, I'd rather have him right now that Rahshaun Smith returning. Still think we get both though! ??

If you look almost all of the Gator picks were from months ago when he announced that he was a Gator fan growing up. Since no one really knows anything about his recruitment they went off of that. I wouldn't put to much stock in to his crystal ball picks.

I think we need as many solid LBs as we can get right now. No one can argue that receiving commitments from both would be excellent, though!

Apparently a homebody. Doesn't like to leave home.
Assumption is NC State is the team to beat. Hopefully we can close that. He's definitely looking at us hard per all indicators.
Be a BIG get.
NC State didn't have anyone drafted last year, and aside from Shadrach Thornton - who is now gone - don't have anybody obvious in the pipeline this year either. League scouts are not exactly blazing a path down to Raleigh, which you would think would help us.

If the kid just wants to play football for 3 yrs and go pro and not really win anything in college by all means go to NC state but if wanna be closer to home and compete for championshipa then welcome to clemson young man. The choice is yours

If the kid lives up to his hype he's gonna get picked don't matter if he goes to furman but it's all about what he wants. Clemson offers everything he's looking for in proximity, great program, putting players in the league, and great coaching.
