At least he wont have to answer any questions about the narrow defeat this year. He might have to answer some if we break the 82 mark set 30 years ago

I just hope we don't have Timothy Giff trying to block Whitlock (or anyone else), Otherwise we may have a chance of upsetting Wake.

I think Morris needs to run a deep go route with 5 receivers on the first play...Throwing a 70 yd. bomb for a TD would definitely set the tone for the game. If it fails, then its 2 and 10 and you run it down their throat.

As badly as I want a 50+ point win over Wake, I seriously doubt we can/will do that. Two reasons:
1- Dabo won't run up the score and will substitute early and often
2- Boyd seems to play down to his opponent, and doesn't seem to get really accurate until we are behind on the scoreboard.
Of course, if Stoudt comes in early - then we can get that 50+ point victory. JMO.
I expect something like 38-17 CLEMSON.

NC State proved that we're gonna get everyone's best shot

Like a lot of people, I wasn't impressed by our performance against an NC State team that we outmatched in every way. We scrapped out the tough road win, and that's all that matters, but we have to expect every one of our opponents to play like that every week. Thankfully, I think that the tempo of our offense can help wear down that initial burst of energy like that State had, and then we can light it up. Like he said, as long as we can keep Tajh protected, we'll be fine.
